The Queen of Heaven Pt.6: Destiny's Child

Ravens have already had some main stream relevance this past year with the release of The Raven (April 27, 2012) and The Following (January 21, 2013) both the film and TV series are based of the writings of Edgar Allen Poe. And along with release of the Lone Ranger (July 13th, 2013) and Ravenswood (Oct 22, 2013).


The Raven:

Set in 1849, The Raven is a fictionalized account of the last days of Edgar Allan Poe's life, in which the poet and author pursues a serial killer whose murders mirror those in Poe's stories


  
The Following:

Joe Carroll, a former college professor who taught the works of Poe and killed young women in the gothic hero's honor, until he got caught. Since then he's been spending hours on a computer in the prison library, building a social network of copycat killers who hang on his every command. When the series begins, he's just escaped from death row with help from those followers, and the FBI calls in former agent Ryan Hardy —who brought down Joe the first time— to consult on the case


The Lone Ranger:


Native American warrior Tonto recounts the untold tales that transformed John Reid, a man of the law, into a legend of justice.

Ravenswood:


Five strangers are connected by the curse that has plagued Ravenswood for generations.

February 3, 2013, In American football, the Baltimore Ravens defeat the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl XLVII 34–31 after a delay in the game's second half caused by a power outage. (BBC)


[The Ravens are named after Edgar Allen Poe and his birthplace of Baltimore. Poe is also mostly known for mystery (unknown/darkness) and death in his works being labeled a Dark Romanticist]

Super Bowl XLVII was the first featuring time the game pitted two brothers—Jim and John Harbaugh—against each other, earning it the nickname Harbaugh Bowl.

:Pistorious Brothers

Oscar Pistorious became a headline for the second time in a year. First as a hero as being the first amputee to make the Olympics, then darkened as a killer, shooting his girlfriend in a mistaken scenario, thinking she was an intruder. Then his brother had a four year old incident turned into an an indictment with manslaughter from a hit and run in 2008.

February 14, 2013, Oscar Pistorius, a South African sprint runner who competed in the 2012 Summer Olympics, is charged with the murder of his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp, who was shot dead at Pistorius's home in Pretoria. (BBC)

The Oscars then awarded Argo with Best Picture Award. A film based off the 1979 Iranian Embassy Invasion and Hostage crisis. And inside of the plot of the film (Argo) was a movie entitled Argo based off the Golden Fleece of the Argonauts. Primarily based of the real life script "Lord of the Lights" which was based to be a Amusement Park in Aurora, Colorado.

Joe Flacco, Ravens quarterback, was named Super Bowl MVP. It was the first Super Bowl to be held in New Orleans since the Superdome sustained damage from Hurricane Katrina in 2005, as well as since the naming rights of the Superdome were sold to Mercedes-Benz. Joe Flacco also went on the sign a contract making him the highest paid player, however taxes cut him to number 2.

Halftime Show:

Beyoncé performed in the halftime show that featured a reunion with her fellow members from Destiny's Child, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams. Lisa de Moraes of The Washington Post quipped that she would become the first "female solo artist under the age of AARP eligibility" to headline the Super Bowl halftime show.


A countdown to the halftime show began under the music for "Countdown".

 
It then opened with an instrumental portion of "Run the World (Girls)" which then led into Knowles singing "Love on Top", "Crazy in Love", "End of Time", and "Baby Boy." Former Destiny's Child members Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams joined her on stage to perform "Bootylicious" and "Independent Women (Part 1)", and a version of Knowles' "Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)". Knowles ended the show with a rendition of "Halo".

The Stage was designed in favor of the Rubin Vase, an optical illusion of two faces that form a vase.


and even though it is technically a vase. It is also The Holy Grail aka Destiny's Child
which will be born this July with the royal newborn.

Plus the Grail mission from NASA only concluded less then 2 months ago when the twin spacecrafts were crashed into the moon on Dec 17, 2012.

In January Destiny's Child released a compilation album titled Love Songs, a collection of romantic-themed songs from the group's previous albums and also includes the newly recorded song "Nuclear" (which is still a current meme through Japan, Iran and North Korea).

 
Knowles also performed the american national anthem singing along with a pre-recorded track at President Barack Obama's second inauguration, held at the United States Capitol in Washington, D.C. two weeks prior. Following her performance at Super Bowl XLVII, Parkwood Entertainment announced The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour.

At the 55th Grammy Awards, Knowles won for Best Traditional R&B Performance for "Love on Top". Her upcoming feature-length documentary film, Life Is But a Dream, will premiere on HBO on February 16, 2013. The film, which Knowles directed and produced herself.

Knowles' upcoming fifth studio album is due to be released in April and she will star as "Queen Tara" in the upcoming 3D CGI animated film, Epic, to be released by 20th Century Fox on May 24, 2013,

The Blackout:

After the Halftime show and kick off to the second half which the Ravens returned for a 28-6 lead, the stadium lost a portion of its lighting for 22 minutes and play was delayed for 34 minutes.

February 10, 2013, The 2013 Grammy Awards are held in the American city of Los Angeles. Mumford & Sons win the Grammy Award for Album of the Year for "Babel".

 The 2013 Grammys on February 10th also ended with a "blackout" for a lack of better words, with Mumford and Sons winning best album for Babel, and then LL Cool J, Chuck D and Tom Morello dressed in all black performing "Refuse to Lose' and a tribute to Adam Yauch with no Sleep till Brooklyn.

Dennis Rodman's prediction even came true although in the wrong context as he is the first Jesuit Pope.
