April is the fourth month of the year in the Gregorian Calendar, and one of four months with a length of 30 days. April was originally the second month of the Roman calendar, before January and February were added by King Numa Pompilius about 700 BC. It became the fourth month of the calendar year during the time of the decemvirs about 450 BC, when it also was given 29 days. The derivation of the name is uncertain.
The traditional etymology is from the Latin aperire, "to open," in allusion to its being the season when trees and flowers begin to "open," which is supported by comparison with the modern Greek use of for spring. Since most of the Roman months were named in honor of divinities, and as April was sacred to Venus, the Festum Veneris et Fortunae Virilis being held on the first day, it has been suggested that Aprilis was originally her month Aphrilis, from her Greek name Aphrodite, or from the Etruscan name Apru. Jacob Grimm suggests the name of a hypothetical god or hero, Aper or Aprus.

April 1, 2009, Series Finale of Life on Mars.
Sam Tyler receives a phone call that presents him with three tasks he must perform so he can return to his life in the future, he must weigh his alternatives and decide whether to stay in 1973 or go home.

At the end of the series it is revealed that Tyler's 2008 & 1973 realities were both fictitious, created by the futuristic computer - named Windy - aboard a space ship that is carrying Tyler, Hunt, Norris, Carling and Skelton on the first ever manned mission to the planet Mars.

Tyler's actual reality is the year 2035, and the crew he worked with in the past are just virtual reality versions of his fellow spaceship crewmembers. The reason why he had traveled back to 1973 was due to a temporary malfunction on board the ship: to sustain their lives, all of the crew were routinely kept active while asleep using virtual reality "neural stimulation" programs of their own choosing, but a meteor storm caused a momentary glitch in the program (Sam had chosen his 2008 identity as part of his VR program, but the program accidentally kicked him back to 1973). Frank Morgan is the Mission Control flight director, Annie Norris is the Colonel in charge of the mission, and Gene Hunt - "Major Tom" - is also revealed to be Sam's father.

Major Tom is a fictional astronaut created by David Bowie. He appears in the songs "Space Oddity", "Ashes to Ashes" and "Hallo Spaceboy" by Bowie, the song "Major Tom (Coming Home)" by Peter Schilling, a French cover of "Major Tom" by Belgian artist Plastic Bertrand, "I'm A Soldier" by Stefán, "Mrs. Major Tom" by K.I.A., "Rocket" by Def Leppard, and "Rain or Shine" by Five Star. Due to some similarities in Elton John's "Rocket Man", some presume this song might also be an allusion to Major Tom. In fact, Bowie made the connection during concerts, calling out during the song, "Oh, Rocket Man!" Bowie's lyrics in "Ashes to Ashes" reinterpret Major Tom as an oblique autobiographical symbol for himself.
In a final wink to its fans, the writers describe the mission as one of science; looking for evidence of life on mars a "gene hunt" aka "Bigfoot".

Fast & Furious is the fourth film in The Fast and the Furious film series. It is an interquel set between the second and third films. The plot connects with the original film of the series from which Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Michelle Rodriguez, and Jordana Brewster reprise their roles.
Plot
After a successful run at hijacking fuel tanks on the lowways of Bani/Punta Cana Dominican Republic, Dominic Toretto has become an international criminal. Dominic's partner Han departs for Tokyo. With an increasing pressure from the police, Dom leaves Letty, not wanting her to be caught with him. Years later, Letty is found murdered in her wrecked car, bullet in the brain. At the scene of her murder, Dom finds traces of nitromethane residue that can only be purchased at one tuner shop in L.A.. At the body shop, he finds one of his old racing counterparts that, after being coerced, leads him to a man named David Park. Dominic finds Park and hangs him out of a window threatening to drop him and vowing to kill anyone that stands in his way of avenging Letty. He receives the information that only through a street race, arranged by Ramon Campos, can he gain access to the man responsible for Letty's death, Fenix Caulderon.

The hammer and sickle is a part of communist symbolism and its usage indicates an association with Communism, a Communist Party, or a Communist state. It features a hammer superimposed on a sickle, or vice versa. The two tools are symbols of the industrial proletariat and the peasantry; placing them together symbolises the unity between industrial and agricultural workers. This emblem was made during the Bolshevik Revolution.

It is best known from having been incorporated into the red flag of the Soviet Union, along with the Red Star. It has also been used in other flags and emblems.

Chapel Hill is a town in Orange County, North Carolina, United States and the home of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC), the oldest state-supported university in the U.S. The population was 48,715 at the 2000 census; its population was listed at 54,492 in the Census Bureau's 2007 estimates.

The county was formed in 1752 from parts of Bladen County, Granville County, and Johnston County. It was named for the infant William V of Orange, whose mother Anne, daughter of King George II of Great Britain, was then regent of the Dutch Republic.

The Orange Institution, more commonly known as the Orange Order or the Orange Lodge, is a Protestant fraternal organization based predominantly in Northern Ireland and Scotland with lodges throughout the Commonwealth and the United States. It was founded in Loughgall, County Armagh, Ireland in 1795; its name is a tribute to Dutch-born Protestant king of Britain, William III of England (William II of Scotland), of the House of Orange-Nassau. William had defeated the Catholic army of James II at the Battle of the Boyne in 1690. Observers have accused the Orange Institution of being a sectarian organization, due to its goals and its exclusion of Roman Catholics as members. Some denominations of Protestants, however, are also ineligible for membership.
