Egged on By Rahm Emanuel to finally get mad, "The Rock Obama" shows Republican senators why you shouldn't oppose him.
The show's opening skit took on Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner and his difficulties inspiring confidence in his plan to salvage the financial system. Let's just say he's looking for ideas if you have any.

April 1, 2009, Series Finale of Life on Mars. Sam Tyler receives a phone call that presents him with three tasks he must perform so he can return to his life in the future, he must weigh his alternatives and decide whether to stay in 1973 or go home.
At the end of the series it is revealed that Tyler's 2008 & 1973 realities were both fictitious, created by the futuristic computer - named Windy - aboard a space ship that is carrying Tyler, Hunt, Norris, Carling and Skelton on the first ever manned mission to the planet Mars.
Tyler's actual reality is the year 2035, and the crew he worked with in the past are just virtual reality versions of his fellow spaceship crewmembers. The reason why he had traveled back to 1973 was due to a temporary malfunction on board the ship: to sustain their lives, all of the crew were routinely kept active while asleep using virtual reality "neural stimulation" programs of their own choosing, but a meteor storm caused a momentary glitch in the program (Sam had chosen his 2008 identity as part of his VR program, but the program accidentally kicked him back to 1973). Frank Morgan is the Mission Control flight director, Annie Norris is the Colonel in charge of the mission, and Gene Hunt - "Major Tom" - is also revealed to be Sam's father.
In a final wink to its fans, the writers describe the mission as one of science; looking for evidence of life on mars a "gene hunt" aka "Bigfoot".

April 1, 2009, Series Finale of Life on Mars. Sam Tyler receives a phone call that presents him with three tasks he must perform so he can return to his life in the future, he must weigh his alternatives and decide whether to stay in 1973 or go home.
At the end of the series it is revealed that Tyler's 2008 & 1973 realities were both fictitious, created by the futuristic computer - named Windy - aboard a space ship that is carrying Tyler, Hunt, Norris, Carling and Skelton on the first ever manned mission to the planet Mars.
Tyler's actual reality is the year 2035, and the crew he worked with in the past are just virtual reality versions of his fellow spaceship crewmembers. The reason why he had traveled back to 1973 was due to a temporary malfunction on board the ship: to sustain their lives, all of the crew were routinely kept active while asleep using virtual reality "neural stimulation" programs of their own choosing, but a meteor storm caused a momentary glitch in the program (Sam had chosen his 2008 identity as part of his VR program, but the program accidentally kicked him back to 1973). Frank Morgan is the Mission Control flight director, Annie Norris is the Colonel in charge of the mission, and Gene Hunt - "Major Tom" - is also revealed to be Sam's father.
In a final wink to its fans, the writers describe the mission as one of science; looking for evidence of life on mars a "gene hunt" aka "Bigfoot".

Nina Sharp recovers from her attack and reveals to the Fringe division that an energy cell
was stolen from her mechanical arm by Jones, which he intends to use to open a doorway into a parallel universe to confront William Bell. Meanwhile, Peter finds Walter at a beach house where they retrieve a device that can seal such an opening. Walter explains to Peter that he once lost something very dear to him and that he had to go and bring it back from another reality, the device being meant to prevent something from following him. Olivia, Peter and Walter intercept Jones opening another window, and Peter triggers Walter's device, killing Jones by sealing the doorway while only half of him is through it.
Raijin (雷神, raijin?) is a god of thunder and lightning (BARAK) in Japanese mythology. His name is derived from the Japanese words
rai (雷, meaning thunder) and shin (神, god). He is typically depicted as a demon beating drums to create thunder, usually with the symbol tomoe drawn in the drums.
In the West, Raijin entered pop culture in the fighting game Mortal Kombat, which contained a character called Raiden.

observes a gravestone marked "Peter Bishop 1978-1985", suggesting that Walter's son died
and that Peter is actually from the other universe. Nina Sharp later calls Olivia and

universe while riding the elevator and is directed to an office. She is greeted by William
Bell (Leonard Nimoy/Spock). The final shot pans out the window revealing that they are
standing inside the South Tower of the World Trade Center.
