Y2Jericho: Leo, the Phoenix, Galactic Center

Chris Irvine took the name "Jericho" from the Helloween album, Walls of Jericho and from his Christian beliefs. He was also born in New York (Oz/Zion) and raised in Winnipeg Manitoba (GC). Jericho was inducted into the Canadian Wrestling Hall of Fame on September 25, 1997.



Jericho-

Jericho is a city located near the Jordan River in the West Bank of the Palestinian territories. It is the capital of the Jericho Governorate, and has a population of over 20,000 Arabs.

Described in the Hebrew Bible as the "City of Palm Trees (Phoenix)", copious springs in and around Jericho have made it an attractive site for human habitation for thousands of years. It is known in Judeo-Christian tradition as the place of the Israelites' return from bondage in Egypt, led by Joshua, the successor to Moses. Archaeologists have unearthed the remains of over 20 successive settlements in Jericho, the first of which dates back to 11,000 years ago (9000 BCE).

Etymology

Jericho's name is pronounced by its local Palestinian inhabitants Ariha (Arabic ArJericho.ogg أريحا (help·info)), which means "fragrant" and is thought to derive from the Canaanite or Hebrew word Reah, of the same meaning. Jericho is also pronounced Yəriḥo (He-Jericho.ogg יְרִיחוֹ ) in Hebrew, and an alternate theory holds that it is it derived from the word meaning "moon" (Yareah) in Canaanite and Hebrew, as the city was an early center of worship for lunar deities.

Biblical references-

Jericho is mentioned over 70 times in the Hebrew Bible. Prior to Moses' death, God is described as showing him the Promised Land (Galactic Canter) in the Torah's fifth book, Deuteronomy with Jericho as a point of reference: "And Moses went up from the plains of Moab unto Mount Nebo, to the top of Pisgah, that is over against Jericho. And the Lord showed him all the land, even Gilead as far as Dan".

The Book of Joshua describes the famous battle of Jericho, stating that it was circled seven times by the ancient Children of Israel until its walls came tumbling down, after which Joshua cursed the city: "And Joshua charged the people with an oath at that time, saying: 'Cursed be the man before the Lord that riseth up and buildeth this city, even Jericho; with the loss of his first-born shall he lay the foundation thereof, and with the loss of his youngest son shall he set up the gates of it'". (Joshua 6:26). According to the First Book of Kings, centuries later, a man named Hiel of Bethel rebuilt Jericho- and just as Joshua had foretold, he lost his eldest and youngest sons as a result. (1 Kings 16:34)

Jericho is also mentioned several times in the Christian Bible's books of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and Hebrews. According to Matthew 20:29-30, Jesus healed two blind men as he and his disciples were leaving Jericho. In Mark 10:46-52, Mark tells the same story, except he only mentions one of the men, Bartimaeus. Like Mark, Luke only mentions one man, but he differs in his account by saying that Jesus and his apostles were approaching Jericho. Some versions reconcile this by translating it as "near". In the Epistle to the Hebrews, the author mentions the Old Testament story of the destruction of Jericho as an outward display of faith. (Hebrews 11:30) In the story of the Good Samaritan (the experience is not told by Jesus as a parable, but as a narrative; Luke 10:30), Jesus mentions that a certain man was on his way to Jericho.

Jericho is the lead singer for the heavy metal band Fozzy(Play on Ozzy Ozbourne). He also started his own weekly XM Satellite Radio show in March 2005 called "Rock of Jericho" on XM 41 The Boneyard.





Jericho wrote a New York Times bestselling autobiography A Lion's Tale which was released in 2007. He took part in an extensive interview on the November 2007 MWF Xtra television program to promote the book. Jericho is going to release a sequel to A Lion's Tale, tentatively called Undisputed Attitude. The book will be released in fall 2009.

On July 5, 2004, Jericho was awarded The Order of the Buffalo Hunt in a ceremony held in Manitoba for his achievements in wrestling and his continual commitment to working with underprivileged children, the day that WWE Raw returns to the Winnipeg Arena. Jericho will be honored by Premier Gary Doer on the south lawn at the Manitoba Legislature at 10.30 a.m. Jericho will be presented with the Order of the Buffalo. At 1 p.m. he will be presented with a key to the city by freshly minted Mayor Sam Katz in the courtyard of City Hall. The award has previously been given to Pope John Paul II, Chicago mayor Richard Daley, Desmond Tutu, and Mother Teresa.



1999–2000



Jericho alternated between WCW and a number of Japanese tours before his debut with the World Wrestling Federation. The build-up to Jericho's arrival was a clock labeled "countdown to the new millennium," counting down over the weeks prior to his arrival. On the home video, Break the Walls Down, Jericho states he was inspired to do this as his entrance when he saw a similar clock in a post office. Vince McMahon gave him the green light to use it as his intro to the WWF. The clock finally ran down on August(Leo) 9, 1999 in Chicago, Illinois while The Rock was in the ring doing a promo. Jericho, a heel, who was actually being cheered instead of getting booed, entered the arena and proclaimed himself "Y2J" (a play on the Y2K bug). The Rock proceeded to verbally mock him for his interruption.

2007- Present



His return had been promoted since September 24, 2007 with a viral marketing campaign using a series of 15-second cryptic binary code videos, similar to the matrix digital rain featured in The Matrix series. The videos contained hidden messages and biblical links related to Jericho, although speculation existed throughout WWE fans over who the campaign targeted. The text "Save Us" and "2nd Coming" were most prominent in the videos. The campaign spread throughout the internet with numerous websites, though no longer operational, that featured hidden messages and biblical links to further hint at Jericho's return.



Jericho made his return to WWE television on the November 19, 2007 edition of Raw, where he interrupted Randy Orton during Orton's orchestrated "passing of the torch" ceremony. Jericho revealed his intentions to reclaim the WWE Championship in order to "save" WWE fans from Orton, with a new haircut and the Y2J gimmick again.



As a part of WWE, he is credited as being the first-ever WWF Undisputed Championship in professional wrestling history. Also, he has won the WWE Intercontinental Championship a record eight times. Jericho is a five-time World Heavyweight Champion, having won the WCW World Heavyweight Championship twice, the aforementioned Undisputed Championship, and the World Heavyweight Championship twice. In addition, he is also the ninth Triple Crown Champion and third Grand Slam Champion.

Dark Side of the Sun: Lincoln-Osirispalooza

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Inauguration revelry began Sunday afternoon as thousands of people packed the National Mall in Washington for a free concert featuring big stars.

President-elect Barack Obama addressed a roaring crowd after 90 minutes of high-energy acts such as U2, Mary J. Blige, Usher and Beyonce.





"Welcome to this celebration of American renewal," he said.

"In the course of our history, only a handful of generations have been asked to confront challenges as serious as the ones we face right now."

"I stand here today as hopeful as ever that the United States of America will endure," Obama said. "That it will prevail; that the dream of our founders will live on in our time."

Obama spent the morning visiting Arlington National Cemetery and attending church before heading to the "We are One: Opening Inaugural Celebration" at the Lincoln Memorial. It was nothing but good vibes -- a brief respite for an incoming president who will face huge problems after he takes office Tuesday.

Bruce Springsteen opened the concert with his song "The Rising," singing, "How far I've gone/How high I've climbed/On my back's a 60 pound stone/On my shoulder a half mile line."

Along the National Mall, between the Capitol and the Washington Monument, people watched the concert on massive screens and sang along with "America the Beautiful" and "This Land is Your Land."



Obama mentioned the Washington Monument and the Lincoln Memorial, and also referred to King's "I Have a Dream" speech, which took place in the same spot where he was standing.

"Directly in front of us is a pool that still reflects the dream of a King and the glory of a people who marched and bled so that their children might be judged by their character's content," he said.

Obama said what gives him "the greatest hope of all is not the stone and marble that surrounds us, but what fills the spaces in between. It is you -- Americans of every race and region and station who came here because you believe in what this country can be and because you want to help us get there."

Vice President-elect Joe Biden also spoke, pointing to those "marble domes" and towers of Washington surrounding the crowd which represent the "majesty of a great nation -- all built stone by stone by American men and women."

The celebration caps Obama's shortened version of President Abraham Lincoln's 1861 rail trip to Washington. Obama will be inaugurated as the 44th president in Washington on Tuesday.

Kenyan beer stirs Obamamania



The close battle between Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton to secure the Democratic nomination for the US presidency is captivating many across the world.

The charismatic Illinois senator is drawing big crowds at campaign rallies in a phenomenon known as Obamamania.

Kenya, where Senator Obama's father came from, is not immune from this either, but here, another Obama is riding on the crest of a wave.

This one, though, comes in the form of a brown bottle and is called Senator beer.

In many slums and low income areas, people who find beer too expensive often resort to cheap home brews.

But these potent drinks which include traditional spirits known as chang'aa have on a several occasions proved lethal.

Some consumers have died and others have been blinded. It's believed brewers spike the beer with deadly additives.

So one brewery, East African Breweries Limited (EABL), spotted a market opportunity for a cheap beer that is also safe.

The result: Senator Keg beer, known simply by drinkers as "Obama".

The beer became an instant hit when it was launched in 2004 at about the same time as Barack Obama was elected as senator of Illinois.

D.C. has Obama-theme beer for Inauguration week

WASHINGTON — Obamamania has gripped the beer business. As of press time, two Washington brew pubs planned to offer presidential- theme beers through inauguration week. A local wholesaler was stocking brands popular in Hawaii and Chicago. And federal regulators denied a New York microbrewery the right to call its newest release “Obamagang.”

Capitol City Brewing, which operates two sites in Washington and one in Arlington, Va., has been offering InaugurAle since shortly after the Nov. 4 election, and head brewer Mike McCarthy said he expected the supply to last through the hoopla. InaugurAle is a crisp, moderately hopped pale ale with a faint floral aroma from a dollop of Illinois wildflower honey (McCarthy uses 60 pounds of it per 15-barrel batch). Plunk down $8 for a pint, and you get to keep the etched souvenir glass.

Meanwhile, at the District ChopHouse & Brewery, head brewer Barrett Lauer was tossing final hops into his Barack Bock, a strong amber lager that he predicts will clock in at 7 percent alcohol by volume. Tapping is set for this week. Lauer describes the beer as “clean and malty, with a little bit of a citrusy note” from American Simcoe and Amarillo hops.

If Barack Obama finds himself pining for Hawaii, Premium Distributors is happy to supply a taste from his birth state. The District of Columbia wholesaler has received a special order of 120 cases of Primo Beer in 12-ounce bottles.

The Primo label dates to 1898, according to brand manager Kyle Wortham, and once held a 70 percent market share in the islands: “It’s a part of Hawaiian culture.” But Schlitz bought out the Honolulu brewery in 1964 and eventually moved production to the mainland. The declining brand was acquired by Stroh and was discontinued in the mid-1990s. Pabst revived Primo last year, reformulating the golden lager so it’s made from 95 percent barley malt and 5 percent Maui cane sugar. The brewery reportedly taste tested the new recipe with a group of surfers and watermen to make sure the beer retained the light, refreshing quality of the original. Jessica Muskey, marketing manager for the distributor, says Primo will be available at the Hawaii State Society Inaugural Ball and a few select retail outlets.



For Obama’s Chicago following, Premium is distributing 420 cases of Heileman’s Old Style Beer, a light American lager not usually offered here. Old Style hails from Wisconsin but has built a following in the Windy City as a result of its Chicago Cubs sponsorship.

Brewery Ommegang in Cooperstown, N.Y., had hoped to mark this historic inauguration with a single-batch brew called Obamagang, but federal regulators at the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau told them it was a no-go. “They said you can’t use anybody’s name for commercial purposes without their permission,” said marketing director Larry Bennett. The brewery has decided to re-christen the beer Inauguration Ale and plans to parcel out 600 kegs of the draft-only brew among select bars in Washington, Philadelphia, New York and other urban areas.

Super Bowl 43: Preview

Well, time and space seem too collide once again as Obama's logo aligns with big "foot"balls 2009's Superbowl logo, while the Superbowl Committee's logo is the Palm(Phoenix genus?) tree, continuing our theme from last year.



Barak Obama is also associated with the Phoenix through his Presidential Campaign Seal (Rising Sun/Eagle-Phoenix), his Chicago(Phoenix) home. Along with the Obama's rising sun logo being created by Sol(Sun) Sender. And now Barak has officially become the leader of the Phoenix on January 20, 2009.



The game will also be played on NBC or Phoenix Peacock.



Keeping in sync with Barak during the halftime show Bruce Springsteen and the E(5th) Street band will perform. As Bruce was Obama's musical supporter during his campaign. Check out the Secret Sun for the Sirius and UFO additives. Jennifer Hudson is also booked for the National Anthem.

The Arizona Cardinals, founded in 1898 and a charter member of the National Football League, hold the distinction of being the oldest continuously run professional football franchise in the nation. They are based in Glendale, Arizona, just outside of Phoenix.

The Arizona Cardinals were originally formed as the Morgan Athletic Club in Chicago. The club was then called the Racine Normals since they were originally located in Normal Park on Chicago's Racine Avenue. They then changed their name to the Racine Cardinals after they started wearing dark reddish uniforms, inherited from the collegiate Chicago Maroons. After becoming a charter member of the NFL in 1920 the club was renamed the Chicago Cardinals. The team's lone NFL championship game victory came in 1947(Roswell) while they were based in Chicago.

Coincidentally, in 1960 the Cardinals moved St. Louis(Archway) already had a baseball team called the "Cardinals"(2 Suns). The established National League team eventually decided against pressing a formal objection to another sports team in the city using the same name. Sports fans and local news broadcasters called the team "The St. Louis Football Cardinals" or "The Big Red" to distinguish the two teams.

Then before the 1988 NFL season, the team moved from St. Louis, Missouri to Tempe, Arizona, an eastern suburb of Phoenix, and played their home games for the next 17 years at Arizona State University's Sun Devil(Lucifer) Stadium.In March 1994, in a move designed to better market the franchise to a statewide fan base, team owner Bill Bidwill announced his intention to change the name of the team to the Arizona Cardinals. In 2006 the club began playing all home games at the newly constructed University of Phoenix Stadium in the northwestern suburb of Glendale.

The Blue Eagle, a blue-colored representation of the American "thunderbird,"(Lightning bolt/Barak) with outspread wings, was a symbol used in the United States by companies to show compliance with the National Industrial Recovery Act. It was proclaimed on July 20, 1933 as the symbol of industrial recovery by Hugh Samuel Johnson, the head of the National Recovery Administration.

Baltimore residents elected to honor Poe by naming their NFL team, the Baltimore Ravens, after the poem. The name is drawn from Edgar Allan Poe's famous poem "The Raven." Poe spent the last days of his life in Baltimore and his grave is located in the city. Furthermore, the three mascots for the team are three ravens, appropriately named "Edgar", "Allan" and "Poe."



The Pittsburgh Steelers of the NFL first took to the field as the Pittsburgh Pirates on September 20, 1933, then became the Steelers in 1939. The Steelers logo was introduced in 1962 and is based on the "Steelmark," originally designed by Pittsburgh's U.S. Steel and now owned by the American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI). In fact, it was Cleveland-based Republic Steel that suggested the Steelers adopt the industry logo. It consists of the word "Steelers" surrounded by three astroids (hypocycloids of four cusps). The original meanings behind the astroids were, "Steel lightens your work, brightens your leisure, and widens your world." Later, the colors came to represent the ingredients used in the steel-making process: yellow for coal, orange for iron ore, and blue for scrap steel. While the formal Steelmark logo contains only the word "Steel," the team was given permission to add "ers" in 1963 after a petition to AISI.

The City is on it's last legs from the full, glowing city it once was. The fire or ember also resonates the light or heat aka energy that powers life. The light or fire which Lucifer/Prometheus gave too the people.




Plot-

The movie introduction explains that the City of Ember (Lucifer) is a fully-contained city built underground (Hollow earth) to house a human community for 200 years as a shelter from an unspecified disaster.




Having long since passed the 200-year mark, Ember's food supplies are becoming depleted and blackouts are increasingly frequent and longer-lasting, as the hydroelectric generator(Artificial Gene-isis of energy) that powers the city has deteriorated. Much of the knowledge and technology from the city's near-mythic Builders(Masons) and earlier generations has been lost.



Two 12-year-olds, Lina Mayfleet (Saoirse Ronan) and Doon Harrow (Harry Treadaway), who live in the City of Ember are graduating from school. They begin their assigned jobs with Lina as one of the messengers who deliver communications around the city following the collapse of the telephone system. Doon is a technician in the Pipeworks of the hydroelectric generator. Lina witnesses the city's decay as she relays messages, and Doon learns that the Pipeworks are held together with increasing amounts of patchwork. Nobody knows in detail how any of the city's systems work. After a major malfunction of the generator during the city's annual celebration, Lina and Doon conclude that Ember is in danger of imminent collapse. With the city's adult population either largely ignorant of their plight or cowed by the corrupt Mayor Cole (Bill Murray), Lina and Doon search for the clues left by the Builders showing the citizens of Ember how to save themselves.

During their clue searching they are also lead too find Boat/Coffin # 17 (Osiris traveled down a the Nile in a coffin after his death), However boat 17 is sacrificed and they make they way down the river in boat 91.

Finally after the long journey the kids finally make their way out of the cave and arrive just in time too see the rising sun; their new energy, natural generator of life or god.





And after watching a bee flying they find a foot-shaped hole which travels down too Ember. And with not many opinions they decide too throw a rock down the hole in hope of someone seeing it fall and reading its note.







There is also a sequel in the works based off another book in the Ember series called The People of Sparks or the offspring of the lightning fertility gods (Zeus/Barak).

Well I either forgot or missed that Kirk Lazarus's (Robert Downey Jr.) film name in Tropic Thunder was Sgt. Lincoln Osiris (Barak Obama). What also should be noted is that Tropic Thunder was also released during the 2008 Olympics which held its games in the Bird's nest home of the Phoenix/Osiris.

Robert Downey also starred in Iron Man this year, where in the film he worked on project Jericho.

Too also refresh memories Tropic Thunder was our first hint of "Lightning Bolt"/ Barak, and shortly after we see the movie Bolt starring Bolt (Barak) and Penny (Abe Lincoln).




And now we have Obama (Osiris/Horus/Phoenix) continuing his Lincoln connection as he visited the Lincoln Memorial as he arrived in D.C, along with him using the Lincoln bible during his Inauguration in the upcoming week.

Now jumping to the film the Dark Knight there was a scene with a poster board which contained 3 pictures of Abraham Lincoln, Elvis and Big foot during a discussion of Batman. The 3 figures are symbolic of The Dark Knights attributes as he is unknown(BigFoot), for justice(Lincoln) and as famous as Elvis.




However our Black sun Barak Obama symbolically has also been associated too Lincoln and recently BigFoot through JC in Yes Man, and now also in context Obama is more famous then Elvis: who's own logo was TCB and the lightning Bolt. Unmistakably making Barak our Dark Knight.




Barack has also been highly resonating with Superheroes (Nephilim/Hancock/Phoenix) this year, earlier he was Superman and previously the U.N this year made a statement that they were joining forces with Spiderman, linking Obama with more global agendas and now Obama is in an Official Spiderman comic, fully exploiting this guy.



Then in I am Legend there was also the infamous Batman/Superman poster. I am Legend also starred the Black star Will 2k Hancock (Osiris) during 2012 the final year of Obama's first or last term.



However as this is more of a material sync having too do with skin color and ideals I still find the duality and symbolism in the poster as Batman is the outer layer/material skin and Superman is the inner layer/spirit of Obama, as seen with Robert Downey's Character's Kirk Lazarus and Lincoln Osiris in Tropic Thunder.

The Green obviously represents the Green nature and vegetation of earth aka Osiris. In the post Sey Yes, we are given more Jim Carrey, JC, Fool, Osiris symbolism with the film's theme being based on intuition and the word Yes the new Energy; acceptance, rebirth or Obama's theme YES We Can.







And continuing with the new energy theme, this Christmas or rebirth of the Sun(Jesus) the film The Spirit(energy/ether) was released. In synopsis of the Spirit's origin he was first killed and then resurrected(Jesus/Osiris/Sun) as he represents the energy or force(electricity/pop) that powers his city. The Spirit has a dual relationship with women as he struggles between the Material or single girl vs The Eternal and the City or Mother Earth.

The Spirit also has a thing for back alley cats. Cats are also highly symbolic, first known too be domesticated in eastern Africa and popularized in ancient Egypt over 8,000 years ago. We also know of The cat is also the lion(Jesus/Phoenix) or Leo(Sphinx) which are associated with the Sun and Fire. The Age of Leo is the Age of Horus the Warrior Sun god who fights his uncle Seth or the darkness. Horus is also known to be from Mars or the land of war and the ram. And as we move along into the Age of Aquarius(Women/Water) the opposite end is the age of Leo(Man/Fire), as the movie perfectly mimics.

Plot Synopsis-

In Central City(CC/KK/K2/Galactic Center/Womb of the Great Mother), rookie cop Denny Colt(Horse/Chariot) returns from the dead as the detective known only as the Spirit to fight crime. After he finds his nemesis, the Octopus(8/Octagon/Winnipeg) at the Central City mud flats, the femme fatale Sand Saref(SS) discovers two chests in a nearby pond. She tries to flee with both chests, but the Octopus shoots at her, snapping the line that connects the two chests together. After a fight with the Spirit, Octopus takes the remaining chest that Saref left behind and escapes with one of his thugs.

And in his conference with the Spirit, Octopus reveals his work of being the mad scientist/alchemist aka God The creator, who devised the formula which created the Spirit, which he used BEAGLES(Snoopy/Sirius/JFK/Superman/Obama) as the guinea pig. The octopus then reveals that the 2 are brothers under the skin since Octopus took the drug after seeing it's effects on Denny Colt.





And for Octopus to finally rule all he must kill the Spirit and cut his body into 16 pieces which have to be spread about the earth so that the Spirit is not able to reintegrate again. This is Osiris all over again, as a week before we seen I am Will 2k Hancock play Osiris and sacrifice/scatter his body parts too random strangers in redemption for his killings.



However The Spirit finds an escape after he inadvertently crushes the Octopus with a giant Nazi Phoenix. The film then finishes without much else too say, it ends with your usually Holy Wood ending of the Good guy trumping the bad guy.




However in real life the Fascist Party is just about too begin.

Carl Allen (Jim Carrey) is challenged to say yes to everything that comes his way in his life for one whole year. The film is based off the 2005 book by Danny Wallace with the same name.

Plot Spoiler-

After letting down his best friend by forgetting about his engagement party, Carl attends the "Yes!" seminar after meeting an old friend who presents him with the brochure and actions of throwing a rock through a bank window(shattered glass).



There he is publicly accosted by the seminar's guru in front of the entire attending audience, and browbeaten into making a "covenant" with himself, to answer "Yes" to every opportunity that presents itself.



After the seminar, he is met by a homeless man outside of the convention area. The bum asks him for a ride to Elysian Park. While he is about to say no, the friend who invited him to the seminar chimes in for him, telling the homeless man yes. During the ride, Carl gives the homeless man his cell phone to borrow, who after draining the battery, then asks for all his money, which Carl reluctantly relinquishes. On his way out of the park, Carl's car runs out of gas, so with no means of communication for help, he must walk to a gas station several miles away. It is here that he meets Allison (Zooey Deschanel/Dorothy), who gives him a ride back to his car on her scooter. Carl then ends up making out with her and is encouraged to say "Yes!" to everything.




He begins to say yes, which begins to give him good results. However, in one instance, he agreed to help his elderly neighbor by putting up a shelf, by doing so, she asked if she could reward him sexually, but after saying "No" to his neighbor, several bad things happen to him at once (including falling down the stairs and nearly getting mauled by a guard dog), convincing him to say yes, and in doing so, goes to his neighbor and she gives him oral sex. He is then encouraged to say "YES" to everything even more.




Carl begins saying yes to every opportunity that comes his way, from flying lessons to ads of "Persian Wife Finder" websites, to costume party invitations he had previously blown off, Korean language classes, and guitar lessons.

Also, as a show of good faith to his best friend's fiancée, Carl agrees to throw her a bridal shower. Eventually he goes to a show because he finally said "Yes!" to a concert promoter outside of a coffee shop who he had previously blown off. He spots Allison singing on stage, and after her set he talks to her and walks her to her scooter. The two begin dating. Carl is also promoted for saying "Yes!" to dozens of micro-loans (which has actually made the bank make money and given him a promotion to executive).


Ledge/Fool/Octagon/Black Sun

Eventually, Carl and Allison decide to do something random and crazy and end up in Lincoln, Nebraska. After a day of fun activities and getting caught in the rain, Allison asks Carl to move in with her. He hesitates, but says "Yes!" anyway. On the way back to LA, Carl is detained for his sudden suspicious activities, which have labeled him a possible terrorist (taking flying lessons, the Korean language classes, approving a loan to a man to start a fertilizer company, a 6-month marriage 3 years previously, last-minute plane tickets out of town). Carl asks for his lawyer (his best friend, Pete), who explains to them about the "Yes!" seminar and his commitment to saying yes to everything. This is when Allison finds out that he has to say "Yes!" to everything, and begins to not trust him and leaves him at the airport. He tries to re-communicate with her, but is unable to.

During one of Allison's shows, she indirectly tells him to jump off a bridge, which he does. During the jump, he receives a phone call saying that he must fire his old boss, Norman. Still, he tries to make things better, going through with the promised Bridal shower, and even setting his old boss up with the Korean party planner Carl met when creating the bridal shower.

Carl later gets a phone call from his ex-wife, who has just broken up with her boyfriend. In despair, she wants to get back together with Carl, to which he emphatically tells her "No". Several bad things begin to happen to him immediately (lights flicker, elevator nearly snaps free of cable), which he tries to ignore, before being confronted by himself as the guy towing his car (he was simply hallucinating).

He decides to go and talk with the man in charge of the "Yes!" seminars, but the action causes them to both be hit in a car accident. He awakes in the hospital, only to be told by the "Yes!" guru that there really wasn't a covenant, and that he wasn't supposed to take saying "Yes" to everything so literally, that it was only supposed to be a segue into opening up his mind to other possibilities. Freed from his self-imposed boundary, Carl rushes to Allison's morning jogging and photography class, stating that he does not want to live with her, but that he still wants her and not just because of saying "Yes". The couple rekindles their relationship.

The 'washing' concept focuses upon the idea of cleansing aka Aquarius. This being much
